Our Athletes of the Month are Olivia Geralds and Derek Whelan. Olivia is a key contributor for the softball team. Olivia is 4-0 with 31 strikeouts to open the season, and is the career strikeout record holder for RBHS. She is also batting .400 to start the season. Derek serves as the ace for the baseball team, and allowed only three runs in his first three starts, good for an ERA of 1.34. He has also recorded 21 strikeouts while putting up a .450 average at the plate to go along with 6 RBI. Both student-athletes have played large roles in the early-season success of their teams.
